What I'm Working On

Building AI Agent infrastructure — Agent Sandbox, MCP / Skills Platform, Agent Gateway, Agent frameworks — that powers various AI Agent applications across the company. Also responsible for Platform Engineering, Engineering Productivity, and Developer Experience.

Interests

My main technical focus is backend systems and infrastructure. Because I also work on company-wide CI/CD and testing infrastructure across frontend, mobile, and backend teams, I stay involved with frontend and mobile engineering concerns as well.

I'm interested in formal methods, system-level specifications, and how they help reason about complex systems; I wrote more about this in Formal Methods × AI Coding. While building AI Agent infrastructure, I keep organizing related knowledge through writing on this site, including Agent Sandbox, Agent Observability, and Agent Harness engineering. I recently also built Inference Engineering Chinese Translation, a Chinese translation site for an inference engineering e-book, to make it easier for the team to study these ideas together.
